Return & Store Credit Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at bonitobabys@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request store credit and use it to place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Store Credit Only
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved. If so, we’ll issue store credit equal to the original purchase amount. Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital code redeemable at checkout.
